Troy Kelley was found not guilty on one charge that he lied on his tax returns but the jury couldn’t come to a decision on the other charges.
The US Attorney said they are going to review the case.
It is unknown if Troy Kelley will continue in his role as the Washington State Auditor but he has stated through his attorney that he won’t run for public office again
