We’ve already done a story about John Pennington’s criminal misuse of time at taxpayers expense but there is more…
There is always more when it comes to this man:
As I said in my last report the city of Duvall is hiding some information about the Pennington’s that could be substantially and irreparably damaging if released.
I also touched on his unlicensed business in which he is running at our expense while we are paying him to keep us safe. It didn’t work out very well for the residents of Oso, sadly.
I can not find any indication that he is paying any taxes on the almost 120K he has made over the past few years. He is also using the county faxes for his business
He has garnered around 40 different teaching engagements on our dime maybe more. Here are 37 plus the one’s listed above

I always try to make sure I am as thorough as possible so that whatever we report here can not be disputed and that the average citizen can understand. The problem is that in trying to report what is going on we run into road blocks when the county won’t give us the records we requested.
We have repeatedly asked for Pennington travel, expense and phone records but we did manage to get some from various sources. We are building more and more of a database from various sources so please be patient with us as we try to get a clearer picture of just how he used his time at our expense.
He clearly lied about where he was on numerous occasions while he was teaching classes so that is a theft of county resources

Perhaps more disturbing is the fact that we know that Mr Pennington is the prime suspect in the rape of a child several decades ago, and that he seems to have no preference as to boys or girls after he fled California after molesting 2 young boys on a church sponsored event.
I have linked Mr Pennington to more then several places and times where similar events have happened. I have left those out of this report and I have notified the FBI and several other agencies including John Walsh, but that was some time ago.
As I said I have left out the times that I have confirmed he was in a location where a child went missing or was assaulted, so my only hope since these agencies won’t act, is to list the dates and places we do have and hope that a mother or father puts a face to a time and place.
Sadly this is what happens when someone is in a position of power and you have agencies that won’t act unless it somehow benefits them.Those that protect him are just as guilty as he is in every sense of the word.
I could be wrong, I am hoping that I am, but it’s just too coincidental to end up in the same places so many times.
It is a shame that the safety of our children is less important then protecting Mr Pennington.
I will be contacting the parents of those children of the locations and times that I have put together and confirmed as soon as I am able to, maybe if they all come together they can get someone to act and at least investigate.
I have kept my mouth shut up to this point so I didn’t jeopardize any investigation that may come out of this but it is crystal clear that the agencies in charge aren’t going to do anything unless they are forced to and even then I don’t hold out much hope.
