Well we were preparing to do a story about Mr Dargey but there are some questions as to what his real name or real story is…
All we know is that he is Ray Stephanson and Aaron Reardon’s associate. He is also a thief, a con artist, and a swindler.
He has taken other people’s dreams of coming to this country and attain citizenship through the EB-5 program which requires a $500K investment in a project that creates at least 10 jobs in a high-unemployment area like SnoCo. Now all of those people’s dreams are in jeopardy.
His bio states he was a Tibetan Buddhist Monk who came here in 1997 with no English skills and painted houses by taking 3 hour bus rides.
It also says he was born next to a pig. I guess the corrupt officials in Snohomish County must make him feel right at home.
This guy has more names then underwear, and he has many more addresses besides Washington. Even more disturbing is this man does not exist in any name before 1998,

Whatever his name is and where ever he came from he is in a wee bit of trouble with the Securities and Exchange Commission and by “wee” we mean they are very upset with him.
We are looking further into his deals with the city of Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson and Aaron Reardon as they seem to be the major players in his dealings with this county.
We have further info but we have turned it over to the SEC and are waiting for word from them that we can release it because we don’t want to give Mr Dargey Dharge, Lama, Williams the chance to hide anymore of anyone’s assets.
I have been warning readers for years about this “Career Mayor” Stephanson, but the voters just keep putting him back in and in the end it will be the taxpayers who are on the hook.
