Well we came down to Olympia to get a copy of John Pennington’s deposition in regards to the Oso Landslide after a source revealed to the Gold Bar Reporter that it had been taken near the end of March but we were denied access to it today, we’ll have to wait…
We are still trying to get answers as to why the State, DNR and Snohomish County waited so long to depose Mr Pennington… We’ll keep you posted as info or documents become available.
