The Everett Community Streets Initiative Task Force reconvened last week for an update on strategies that the City and community are implementing to address street-level social issues in Everett. At the meeting, City staff also reported on the City’s Safe Streets plan, which focuses on housing, diversion and outreach and enforcement.
