We have never gotten a comment about why he still went ahead and tried to falsely prosecute a man for a rape he didn’t commit even though Mr Ferguson had several DNA samples from several different men that proved that the accused had no DNA in the pool and that he was innocent.
He has also never explained why he chose to waste over a million dollars to go on this witch hunt against Mr Caruso.
