It’s happening all over the U.S. Washington State is no different. In Sept 2014 Snohomish County Prosecutor Sara Di Vittorio appeared at a public meeting and slipped her lips, stating ( paraphrased) ” we’re out of money to protect county workers! ” when referencing Washington State’s Public Records Act ( RCW 42.26). My reply ” Oh yes Sister Sara, we all know how painful the public records act is to a corrupt government official.”

This year as I testified at the Washington State Legislature, I gave agencies some really good advice ” Stop putting stuff in your emails you don’t want the whole World to see.” This advice should be “risk management” not do what Sara Di Vittorio and Mark Roe have been doing for years or in Mark Roe’s own email words ” Delete this shit!..” or in Sister Sara’s own words when speaking to a whistleblower about releasing records after John Pennington killed 43 people in the Oso mudslides here in Washington Do you have any idea the risk that you put the city in by telling Brian Lewis to stop tampering with public records Anne Block has requested!” soon thereafter old Sister Sara retaliated against her and she was fired for blowing the whistle on Sister Sara and Brian Lewis’s criminal racketeering conduct ( state extortion illegally withholding public property to hide their crimes) sent via wire.
It’s time to take back our government from the criminals who are ruining it! Sooner rather than latter before America becomes a 3rd World country
