LYNNWOOD, Wash. – For a second time this week, Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives are looking for tips from the public to identify an armed robbery suspect.  The crime was recorded on surveillance video at a coffee shop at the 600 block of 164th St SW at around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12.  The video shows a white male suspect wearing a white baseball cap, black hooded sweatshirt, white t-shirt, sunglasses, and camouflage shorts enter the store.  After asking an employee to use the bathroom, he pulls out a handgun, which he points at the employee.  The suspect then goes behind the counter and forces the employee to empty the cash register into a white plastic shopping bag.  The suspect fled the business on foot.

This incident occurred on the same street (164th SW) just five days after another business was robbed at gunpoint by two unidentified suspects.

Anyone with information about the incident or suspect is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office Anonymous Tip Line at 425-388-3845.
